I’m Ami Bera, and I’m proud to represent California’s 7th district since 2013.

As a doctor and as a father, I’m putting my experience to work for you: to fight for common-sense solutions that put people before politics.

Our Democratic majority has already passed some tremendous legislation into law to support you — including COVID-19 relief for our communities, legislation to enhance our vaccinations, and a bill to stop the violence against the AAPI community.

But as Chair of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s Frontliners program, which protects our most competitive districts, I know just how much we’re up against in the midterm elections.

From redistricting to National Republicans spending big to target my colleagues and me with dishonest attacks, I promise to do everything in my power to protect our majority in 2022.
