John,

We warned you that the radical Left is trying to eviscerate the integrity of our elections.

JUST HOURS AGO, we took our first legal action in federal court to fight back.

First, Speaker Pelosi and Sen. Schumer keep trying every trick in the book to pass one of the worst pieces of legislation we've ever seen.

This bill is a constitutional nightmare. It's a "socialist wish list," says ACLJ Senior Counsel for Global Affairs Mike Pompeo. It would enshrine into law EVERYTHING that went wrong with the 2020 elections. It would strip control over the election process from the states and put it in the hands of DC elites – a direct violation of the Constitution.

But now the radical Left's power grab has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. President Biden has filed a lawsuit to accomplish the same result in federal court – to strike down state control over the election process.

We just filed a critical amicus brief in this case to defend the Constitution and election integrity. We're ready to go all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. But as we expand our legal effort to defend our elections from President Biden's takeover attempt, we need you to take action with us before our court deadlines.
