Just last week, Washington D.C. police officer Harry Dunn gave a truly eye-popping testimony at the first hearing investigating the January 6 insurrection. In case you missed it, here is the bombshell he dropped:

The Republicans -- many of whom have known ties to prominent insurrectionists -- want us to believe that the Capitol police were just slow to respond to the chaos on January 6. The truth is, Friend, this was a coordinated attack orchestrated at the highest levels of the Republican establishment. We have a good guess who the “hitman” is, but our investigation will find out the truth. The American people deserve a thorough investigation into those who colluded with the insurrectionists -- which is exactly why the GOP is doing everything possible to stall the House select committee.

Our fragile majorities in the House and Senate are vulnerable, Friend}, and if we want to prove how deeply involved elected Republicans were in the Jan. 6 insurrection, then we need to keep up the pressure.
