June 2021 Update
John,
It is hard to believe it's August already, but we are once again gearing up for November's election. I'm not up for re-election, but we can't sit this one out, Republicans have to win local elections.
We've seen how the liberals have gamed the judicial system for their own gain, we need to win statewide judicial races for Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth Court in November. Lancaster and York Counties are great places to live because of Republican leadership, and we need that leadership to continue with the election of county officials. Critical Race Theory and mask mandates are hot topics right now, and we need to remind our neighbors about the importance of voting for conservatives for our local school boards.
We know the socialist agenda we're up against, we cannot let them win.
You can make a difference by making a donation to the county Republican committee, volunteering your time to knock on doors, making phone calls, sending text messages, volunteering at a local Republican fair booth or parade, volunteering on Election Day and helping ensure we're prepared to win. We need to ensure fair and free elections, which means we'll need volunteers to serve as poll and ballot canvassing watchers.

An Update from Washington
|
|
- I re-introduced the Home For The Brave Act, which exempts veterans' VA disability benefits from counting toward total income when determining eligibility for housing assistance programs to reduce veteran homelessness.
- I also introduced the USA Workforce Tax Credit Act to encourage charitable contributions in support of apprenticeship initiatives, career and technical education, workforce development and K-12 educational preparedness. Additionally, I introduced the Workforce for an Expanding Economy Act to address work visas.
- I joined my colleagues of the Pro-Life Caucus in support of Mississippi's action to ban abortion after 15 weeks.

This month, I spoke to the Capitol Area FreePA group in Lancaster County. I addressed concerns relating to election integrity, vaccination mandates and the out-of-control spending in Washington D.C. People are frustrated with big government, and it's crucial that we continue to stand up for Republican values and address much-needed reforms.
