John — As Matt Cartwright’s campaign manager, I’ve been working furiously the last few days to make sure everyone has heard about our opponent Teddy Daniels’ new off-the-walls ad.

Here’s the full update:

FIRST: Teddy Daniels attacked Capitol and Washington, D.C. police officers who defended the Capitol from the January 6th insurrection, saying they weren’t “real cops.”

THEN: Teddy launched a new fundraising ad on social media that almost immediately went viral in far-right circles. Now Teddy is swimming in free publicity and cash.

NOW: We need to raise another $2,973 before midnight tonight as a part of our extended end-of-month deadline to fight back against Teddy’s viral ad. Will you pitch in now?

John -- Matt represents the second most vulnerable district of any Congressional Democrat across the country. That means that we can’t just sit back and relax while our opponent is raising big money from a despicable ad that declares members of Congress “enemies of the nation” and then features him opening fire.
