FHFA extends REO eviction moratorium through September [ [link removed] ]
The FHFA Friday announced an extension on the government-sponsored enterprises' (GSE) moratorium on single-family real estate owned (REO) evictions until Sept. 30, 2021. The moratorium was previously set to expire July 31.


NCUA issues 2 prohibition notices in July [ [link removed] ]
The NCUA in July issued two prohibition notices, prohibiting individuals previously associated with credit unions from any future participation in the affairs of a federally-insured financial institution.
