Gavin Newsom has failed this city.

He has failed this state.

Californians deserve to be safe in their communities, and it’s abundantly clear that Newsom cannot provide that.

For years Gavin Newsom has stood up for criminals, Kevin is going to put the victims first.

When protesters swarmed outside Kevin’s house demanding he defund the police department - calling him every name in the book -it only strengthened his resolve.

• Instead of slashing law enforcement, he increased the budget and made new investments in neighborhood policing.

• As a result, San Diego was one of the safest major cities in America when Kevin was Mayor.

• Kevin is the only candidate in this recall who has taken on defund the police radicals and won, and he’ll do it again as Governor.

Change is coming to California and retirement is coming to Gavin Newsom. Kevin promises to turn the page and be a Governor who will keep Californians safe.
