Chairman's Update

This is a weekly update from the Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman
Lawrence Tabas filling you in on what our statewide party leaders are up to,
along with relevant news pertaining to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

August 1st, 2021

Chairman's Message

Fellow Pennsylvanians,

This week, the Wolf Administration continued its efforts to block Pennsylvania
Republicans' forensic election investigation. They even decertified the voting
machines of Fulton County making good on Attorney General Josh Shapiro’s threat
to cost any county, that assists an investigation "millions and millions of
dollars" to replace decertified machines. With the Administration going to such
extreme lengths to block the investigation, every Pennsylvanian should be
asking themselves: What are these Democrat leaders trying to hide? That’s why
our party is stepping up our efforts to restore integrity and confidence to
Pennsylvania’s elections and ensure all future elections are free and fair.

Sincerely,

Lawrence J. Tabas
Chairman, Republican Party of Pennsylvania

to vote. He also outlined his agenda if elected to the Senate, promising to
vote to abolish the filibuster and use the federal government to override every
state’s election security laws.

No critical race theory in Pennsylvania schools, for now
July 28, 2021 | Wellsboro Gazette

The Pennsylvania Department of Education has announced that it will not add
critical race theory into the required curriculum for Pennsylvania schools amid
a heated national debate over the controversial theory. Critical race theory
purports that systemic racism is embedded into the nation’s legal system and
public policies, and that the United States is systematically racist.
