Alexandria is doing everything in her power to extend the rent moratorium and push for climate action in the big budget bill – including creating a Civilian Climate Corps and funding high speed rail. She’s pressing the Biden administration to cancel student debt. And she’s leading the charge for strong action to protect our voting rights and abolish the filibuster.
What strengthens Alexandria’s voice in these debates is the fact that there’s a multi-racial, multi-generational, multi-class movement fighting alongside her — and nowhere is that clearer than in our grassroots fundraising power. It’s critical that we start off the next month with the strongest momentum possible, and that’s why it’s so important that we hit this July goal by the deadline.
