For the People Act Rally

From Arizona to Georgia, voting rights have come under attack as extremist lawmakers do whatever it takes to keep people like you from having a say in our democracy. With even the Supreme Court voting along partisan lines this summer to strike a major blow to the Voting Rights Act, their second in the last decade, it’s time to demand that the Senate take action.  

The House of Representatives passed The For The People Act on March 3rd and despite having it for five months the Senate would rather go on recess than making sure your voting rights are safe during the 2022 midterms.  

Join Alliance for Justice Action Campaign and the Declaration for American Democracy Coalition for a rally on the US Capitol Lawn on August 3rd to tell the Senate that #RecessCanWait — our democracy can’t.
