Attorney General Bob Ferguson is facing his end of month fundraising deadline in a few hours. Will you contribute now to support his tireless efforts to uphold the rule of law?

Donald Trump may have left the White House, but Attorneys General like me are still busy defending our Constitution, enforcing our laws, and standing up to powerful special interests who don’t play by the rules.
We recently took action to hold the Sackler family and pharmaceutical distributors McKesson, Cardinal Health, AmerisourceBergen, and Johnson & Johnson accountable for their role in fueling the opioid epidemic. I’ll be writing more about this case as we pursue additional legal action later this summer.
We are defending the capital gains tax against my predecessor, former Republican Attorney General Rob McKenna. This tax corrects Washington’s upside-down tax code and would provide critical funding for education and childcare.
We won the landmark civil rights “Arlene’s Flowers” case, which establishes equality under the law for all LGBTQ+ Washingtonians and sends a powerful message to the entire country that discrimination isn’t just wrong, it’s illegal.
Our work remains as important as ever — but I can’t do it alone. I need to know that you’re with me. We still need 397 people to chip in to meet our July fundraising goal. Will you make a contribution right now in support of my campaign?
We have a big agenda in the months ahead and knowing that I have your support means so much to me and the team.
Thank you —
Bob
