Under Obama, migrants would be released but given a court date for their case. You can imagine few ever showed up—since they were freed into the U.S. Biden has returned to that terrible policy. But he’s gone beyond Obama in every way imaginable. He’s releasing these border jumpers but isn’t even bothering to give them a court date.

So, they are crafting a Trojan horse in the form of this “bipartisan” infrastructure bill. Previously, we learned that a few Republicans agreed to some kind of bill with Democrats. The details were still pretty hazy. But before the terms of the bill were made clear, these Republicans signed off on it anyway.
