We'll be the first to admit it: we are lucky to live in a place as naturally beautiful as Orange County. And it makes us all the more committed to keeping it beautiful and habitable for generations to come. That's why, when Harley was in Congress, his top priority was fighting climate change and finding bipartisan solutions to our climate crisis.

Michelle Steel, on the other hand, doesn't seem to feel the same way.

She just voted against ensuring we have clean water, which will allow polluters to dirty our drinking water. In fact, already nearly a third of Orange County's groundwater wells have been shutdown because of contamination -- and she's willing to just let that continue to happen.

Not to mention, she has yet to join Orange County Congressional Democrats and show support for an ambitious, forward-looking bill that could help us rely less and less on carbon.

We really can't afford to do anything other than take big steps forward for our environment. If you're with us, can you chip in? [[link removed]]

Harley Rouda served California's 48th district in Congress. In 2018, Harley defeated the 30-year incumbent Dana Rohrabacher in the very first political campaign of Harley's life. During his time in Congress, he's embraced common sense and values to tackle climate change, address deteriorating infrastructure, confront homelessness, and protect Social Security and Medicare. In 2022, Harley will be facing one of the toughest fights in the entire country, so he's depending on the support of grassroots individuals.
