2022 could be a tough election cycle and we have quite a few members who are at risk of losing their seats. Senators like Emily Randall, Mona Das, and Steve Hobbs are top targets for the GOP — and if we want to continue to make progress, we must defend their seats.
These races will shape the future of our state and our nation. Progressive state legislatures like ours can lead the fight for voting rights, climate action, affordable housing, and more. But if the Senate falls into the hands of the GOP, then we can expect nothing more than rampant voter suppression and extreme, right-wing legislation. We can’t let that happen.
That’s why we’re laying the groundwork for victory in 2022 right now: we’re launching our grassroots organizing efforts and investing in large-scale digital persuasion and mobilization campaigns.
