The end-of-month deadline is tomorrow, and my team tells me we need to bring in $1,356 more to reach our goal.

I hate having to ask you for contributions -- it’s my least favorite part of my job. But the truth is, without the resources to build a strong grassroots organization, we could lose the House Majority next year and with it, all of the progress we’ve made for Maryland families -- everything from the Child Tax Credit direct monthly payments to protecting the Chesapeake Bay for future generations to enjoy -- would be at risk. Washington Republicans are more motivated than ever to retake control, and election experts believe they’re in a strong position to make it happen.

And without a strong grassroots foundation, I could lose the ability to fight for Maryland families and our values at the decision-making table in Congress. 

It doesn’t have to end up that way though. We have an opportunity to write a different outcome, together. Even $2 before tomorrow’s deadline would help.
