Wednesday, the Senate voted to advance a bipartisan infrastructure deal. The plan is set to put $550 billion in new money into transportation, utilities and broadband. Nancy Mace (SC-01) took to the House floor to denounce Democratic spending bills that would provide massive funding from tax payers dollars to fund Critical Race Theory (CRT). Rep. Former Ambassador Nikki Haley took to social media this week to aggressively challenge the United States’ continued participation in the 2021 Olympics.

CBS News: Biden ramps up vaccine push with new rules for federal workers and call for $100 payments. President Biden called on state and local governments to use COVID-19 relief funds to give $100 to residents who get vaccinated and said federal workers will have to show proof of vaccination or face new restrictions in the workplace, including complying with weekly testing.
The Hill: House GOP stages mask mandate protest. Nearly 40 maskless House Republican lawmakers walked across the Capitol and onto the Senate floor in protest of the Capitol physician’s decision to reinstate a mask mandate in the lower chamber but not in the upper chamber.
Fox News: House GOP reelection chair spotlights surge in female Republican recruits. There are a record number of Republican women serving the in the House of Representatives, but the chair of the House GOP reelection arm says his party’s only getting started.
Townhall: 'Madam Speaker, Come and Get Me': Nancy Mace Challenges Pelosi Over Tyrannical Mask Mandate. Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC) took House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) to task over the lower chamber’s tyrannical mask mandate that went into effect this week. Capitol Police have been instructed to arrest visitors and staff members who refuse to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status.
