Give a handpicked official full authority over vote counting, polling places, and staffing -- potentially allowing the GOP to block certifying any of Fulton's votes in future elections. Democrats have a razor-thin margin in the US Senate, which means Republicans need to flip just one seat for Mitch McConnell to retake the majority.
