Did you know that seven out of 15 Canadian industries experienced an overall decline in investment from 2015 to 2019?

A majority of the 15 industries experienced decreases in investment in machinery, equipment, and intellectual property products such as software.

A new Fraser Institute analysis out today examines how, despite the absence of a major recession, more domestic industries experienced decreases in capital investment from 2015 to 2019 than at any other time since 1990.
