Dear Grassroots Leaders,
As many of you know, yesterday I announced that I am
stepping down as the volunteer chairman of the Republican Party
of Wisconsin. It has been my honor to work alongside you for the
past two years. As I said in my statement, it's bittersweet to
step down now with such an exciting election cycle ahead, but I
know it is the right thing to do for my family and employer after
the sacrifices they made so I could provide steady leadership at
a crucial time in our Party's history. I am not walking away but
rather going to focus on two critical areas: First, outreach in
Milwaukee to the Black and Hispanic communities because we must
continue to go on offense if we are going to win statewide, and
second, I will continue to be a voice and face for Republicans.

Most importantly today, I wanted to send a note to you,
our grassroots leaders, to thank you for your continued
dedication to the conservative movement. Your hard work is the
reason why we were able to rebuild and strengthen our Party after
we lost a number of statewide leaders in 2018. Together, we
worked hand in hand with President Trump's campaign and developed
the largest statewide ground game operation in history in support
of President Trump. We also launched a local election initiative
that was successful in 60 percent of the races it targeted,
including victories in traditionally Democrat districts, defended
our strong legislative majorities, won two lawsuits before the
Wisconsin Supreme Court and one before the U.S. Supreme Court as
liberals attempted to exploit the COVID-19 crisis to change our
system of voting in the middle of the electoral cycle, and made
key inroads as we prepare for the fight ahead in 2022.

It's because of your support -- be it through knocking
doors, making phone calls, contributing financially, or sharing
the conservative message with your friends and neighbors -- that
we were able to achieve great successes against the odds and lay
the groundwork for victory in 2022. I look forward to remaining
active in the Republican Party as Immediate Past Chairman and
continuing to work with many of you as we prepare to send Tony
Evers packing and elect a conservative United States Senator this
election cycle. Thank you again for all you do -- now let's win!
