Pres. Biden's border disaster is growing worse every day. By now, it should be clear to everybody that Biden's own immigration policies have caused the problem.

As you can see from the blue line in the official government chart included in this email, illegal traffic is exploding this year!


In June, the Border Patrol caught more than 178,000 foreign nationals sneaking into our country. This number is SIX TIMES the number arrested in June of last year! In the hot months of summer, border crossings usually drop. As you can see from the blue line in the chart, this year the number of arrests is climbing even further over record highs.

Why? Because since the day he was inaugurated, Pres. Biden has hobbled border enforcement and signalled to foreign nationals that interior enforcement would be dropping or stopping. Hints were very plentiful that illegal aliens could expect a huge amnesty in the near future -- and that even if they were arrested at the border, they likely would get to stay.

But the President is doubling down on his efforts to pass his legislation which would increase immigration, dismantle enforcement, and reward past illegal immigration.

Our big battle right now is convincing Democratic Senators NOT to put a huge amnesty into the upcoming budget reconciliation. (We need your help RIGHT NOW in this fight. Please check your NumbersUSA Action Board for opportunities to reach out to Congress!)

If border crossings and arrests are soaring now, just imagine what will happen if an amnesty is passed. It will be chaos! The Biden administration seems to be living in a dream world. They simply deny that the crisis is as bad as it is. The White House claims that if Congress passes a huge amnesty and essentially doubles legal immigration, illegal immigration will wither away. Of course, this reasoning is ABSURD! Reward a behavior, and you get more of that behavior, not less!!

But this chicanery of sticking amnesty into budget reconciliation, backed by the White House and championed by industry lobbyists, would require only 50 Senators to pass instead of the usual 60. We've got to stop it. Please help us!!

Again this week, we're targeting swing-state and relatively moderate Senators with thousands of phone calls from their constituents, many of whom they've never heard from before. The more money we receive, the more calls we can direct to more Senators. This decision will be made in the next three weeks at most. Please help us now so we can win this fight.

Yesterday, we received news that moderate Democratic Senators are beginning to resist the everything-including-the-kitchen sink approach for the upcoming budget reconciliation. Sen. Kyrsten Senema of Arizona flatly stated she would not support a bill so costly -- current price tag, $3.5 trillion).

Again, our immediate concern is that Congress will add a huge amnesty to the budget reconciliation bill. At the same time, we need to stay prepared for the political onslaught by supporters of Pres. Biden's comprehensive immigration bill.

We believe we can still stop the amnesties. We've stopped them before. We need your help to do it again.
