John -
I wanted to personally reach out ahead of our campaign’s fundraising deadline on Saturday to ask you to make a $3 donation. Please allow me to share why your support is so important.

Democrats’ Senate majority is at stake next year, and we cannot afford to take this race for granted. According to CNN, North Carolina is one of the three states most likely to flip to Democrats in 2022. It will not be easy, but it is certainly possible with the right kind of campaign and candidate.

We need someone who can excite and turn out our voters. I’m the only Democrat in this race with a record of winning statewide, and I’ve done it twice by running campaigns that speak to the needs and hopes of all North Carolinians.

We can do that again, but the truth is that we will need to build the largest grassroots campaign our state has ever seen to make it happen.

With Republicans already raising millions to spend in our state — and one even bankrolling his own campaign with a six-figure check — we have to start investing now. So that’s why I’m asking.

If you can, please consider making a $3 donation to our campaign today before our deadline in two days. It takes lots of people like you chipping in together to compete with Republicans’ special interests and super PACs. [[link removed]]

Thank you in advance,

Cheri Beasley
