House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that there will be no vote to start a formal impeachment inquiry "at this time."

The failure to vote not only breaks historical precedent and makes their impeachment effort even more illegitimate, it also shows that some swing-district Democrats are rightly worried about the political repercussions of voting for this hyper-partisan witch hunt.
