Republicans have found a loophole to enact all of their voter suppression dreams -- ballot initiatives.

Ballot initiatives are the perfect place to enforce stringent voter ID requirements, change absentee ballot guidelines, and more. What's worse, John, is that ballot initiatives are immune to the veto power of Democratic governors in swing states like Michigan and Pennsylvania.
