Republicans have started to introduce voter suppression ballot initiatives across the country. 

Ballot initiatives help people engage directly in our democracy. Their votes decide whether or not a bill becomes law, so it's government by the people for the people at the most basic level.

That's why it's really ironic that some states will have voter suppression on their ballots. A process that is designed to empower voters will be used to make voting LESS accessible and MORE difficult.
