We’re only a couple days away from the end of the month, but we’re still $12,381 away from our fundraising goal for July and I really need your help to catch up.

Will you please rush in $15 or as much as you can today to get us back on track?

July and August are just really tough months for fundraising. I call it the “summer slump” when everyone’s going on vacation or just not checking their email as much.

This year, we can’t let our numbers slip. Last quarter, the Republican National Congressional Committee outraised the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee by $9 million. And with Republicans just about 5 seats away from taking control of the House, they have nothing to lose -- and they’re attacking me and other frontline Democrats with everything they have.

We need Republicans to open our next finance report and see an even bigger number than last month. I don’t take corporate PAC money, so will you please chip in $15 to help us avoid the “summer slump” and reach our July goal before the end of the month?
