Hi John,
“HHHP” represents four pillars of my campaign: hunger, housing, healthcare, and poverty.
In the richest country on Earth, 13 million children — 1 in 6 kids — shouldn’t be going hungry.
550,000 people, including 37,000 veterans, shouldn’t be homeless.
68,000 people shouldn’t die every year for lack of healthcare.
Poor people shouldn’t die an average of 15 years younger than rich people.
This system is barbaric.
I’m running for Congress to fight to end hunger, homelessness, poverty, and deaths from lack of healthcare. Can you give $7 now to help me win, so I can do that?
The kid who can’t sleep because of hunger pangs. The veteran who can’t sleep because it’s so hot in their tent. The senior who skips their meds to afford food.
Their suffering is a policy choice, and it’s time for it to end.
I’ve always fought for the most vulnerable. That’s why I occupied empty buildings to get housing for homeless people in Tacoma.
I will never abandon my principles.
