Friend, in March, President Biden unveiled a bold plan to address the biggest challenges we face — health, climate, justice, and jobs — by investing in clean energy, transportation, infrastructure, and the communities hardest hit by pollution and climate change. Congress got to work to enact these structural changes and act on climate, but Republicans in Congress are trying to block action at every step — as we see the dangers of climate change unfold around us every day.
