Now more than ever, we need more leaders in Washington who truly understand the challenges working families face. Nina Turner is one of those leaders.
Now more than ever, we need leaders in Washington who truly understand the challenges working families face.
Nina Turner is one of those leaders — and a week from today, voters in Ohio’s 11th District will decide who they want to fill former Rep. Marcia Fudge’s seat in Congress.
Early voting is already underway, and Nina has the momentum to win. But recent polling suggests that this race is tightening thanks to special interest groups and dark money super PACs that have made Nina their target. So I have to ask:
Can you split a $3 contribution between Nina Turner and our campaign today? Any amount you give will help us get out the vote for Nina in the final days of this important primary election.
Chip in $3
Born to a working-class family in Cleveland and the oldest of seven children, Nina knows firsthand what income inequality looks like. She took up her first job at age 14 to help support her parents and keep the family afloat — a reality still shared by too many working families today.
Nina’s relentless commitment to centering working families, communities of color, and immigrants by supporting Medicare for All, College for All, a $15 minimum wage, and the Green New Deal represents the kind of leadership we need in Congress to create the tipping point at which real change becomes possible.
I’ve seen Nina’s work up close, and that’s why I’m so proud to endorse her. But if we’re going to add another member to our strong progressive coalition in Congress, we have to outwork the special interests aiming to defeat her.
We’re running out of time to make a difference. Split a contribution between Nina Turner and our campaign today to help us get out the vote in the final week of this important primary election.
Thank you in advance for supporting Nina’s campaign. Together, we will grow this movement, and we will win.
In solidarity,
Pramila
