We see firsthand the impacts of harsh global inequities in access to COVID-19 vaccines. The stark reality in most countries is that even frontline health workers and vulnerable groups are not able to get vaccinated - because there are not enough vaccines to go around. MSF teams have provided support for health facilities and patients affected by the ongoing crisis in more than 70 countries. In fact, we provided COVID-19 technical, training, or material support to more than 778 health facilities between March and December 2020.

That’s why we’ve set a goal for 778 donors—one for every facility—to make a gift and help MSF teams continue to provide lifesaving care where it’s needed most around the world and prepare for the emergencies to come.
