This month, the Supreme Court issued its opinion in Brnovich v. Democratic National Committee, the case which challenged voting restrictions in Arizona.

The 6-3 far-right Court sided with Arizona and upheld these restrictive laws, severely weakening the Voting Rights Act and giving the green light to the GOP to continue suppressing the votes of Black and Brown voters.
