Hi folks — I’m working hard to pass the bipartisan infrastructure package in Washington before Congress adjourns for August recess.

Here in Wisconsin, our highways and bridges are in poor condition, over 100 cities, towns and villages still have lead pipes that need to be replaced, and far too many folks in rural Wisconsin do not have affordable access to reliable, high-speed broadband service. Passing this critical infrastructure package demands every ounce of my attention right now.

The bipartisan infrastructure plan will make a once-in-a-generation investment in rebuilding our roads and bridges, building clean water infrastructure, making high-speed broadband available to everyone in Wisconsin, and creating a renewable energy economy to take on the climate crisis.

After years of partisan politics consuming Washington, it is past time to work together and deliver results for the people we represent — and now, we have an opportunity to get the job done.
