[[link removed]]Dear John,

Feeling the heat? We are too.

From heat domes to wildfires to hurricanes, the signs are clear: the climate
crisis is happening now. If we want to stand a chance against climate
catastrophe, we need to make a serious change. We can start by investing in
climate and clean energy infrastructure to create millions of good-paying jobs
while addressing the climate crisis facing us and future generations.

To meet this moment, to heed the science, and to make good on President Biden’s
promises, Congress must act now to deliver on climate, justice, and jobs .

That’s why Generation Progress is joining forces this week with other
organizations fighting climate change. Together, we’re demanding that Congress
commit to a bold economic recovery and infrastructure package that creates
community-sustaining jobs, protects communities of color, and improves the
environment and air while caring for our climate.

You can help by contacting your representatives in Washington. Tell Congress
that we can’t wait any longer; the time to invest in climate justice is now .

TAKE ACTION

communities across the country.

Climate change is the most serious threat to continued life on Earth. If we want
to survive the climate crisis, we’re going to need everyone’s help. Stand with us as we call for Congress to take immediate action and invest in a
clean economic recovery package.

Together, we can build a liveable future.

Best,
