This month, brave Texas Democratic legislators left their state to stop a horrendous GOP voter suppression bill from being passed and signed into law.
The new bill would:
- Make it harder to vote by mail
- Ban 24-hour voting and drive-through voting
- Increase criminal penalties for voting mistakes
