July 2021 Dear Friend,
With the August 3rd OH-11 special election primary between Shontel Brown and Nina Turner right around the corner and the 2022 midterm cycle in full swing, it has been a busy month at Pro-Israel America.
Election Day for the Ohio 11 Democratic primary to replace former Congresswoman (and now Secretary of Housing and Urban Development) Marcia Fudge is next week. Thanks to your support, it’s now a neck-and-neck race between frontrunners Shontel Brown and anti-Israel candidate Nina Turner. Pro-Israel America has proudly endorsed Shontel Brown, who came out early in her campaign as a passionate, unwavering supporter of a strong alliance between the United States and Israel. While Turner, who has supported adding political conditions to U.S. military assistance to Israel, came into the race with a huge lead, the pro-Israel community has stepped up its support for Shontel Brown and polls show that she is closing the gap quickly. You can read more about how the pro-Israel community’s support has helped Brown build critical momentum and view PIA Action Fund’s Primary Guide, which has been circulated in the district in print and online. This race is close and we’re getting down to the wire. Please help by supporting Brown’s campaign to Congress here.
Pro-Israel America has also announced 22 new congressional endorsements for the 2022 election cycle, many of whom are already facing anti-Israel opponents and challengers. This brings Pro-Israel America’s total list of 2022 Congressional endorsements to 56, including 31 Democrats and 25 Republicans. More endorsements are on their way!
We couldn’t do any of this work without you, so thank you for your continued support and involvement as part of our community. As always, please help us reach even more people by sharing this email with your friends and family and asking them to join Pro-Israel America.
Best, Jeff

The choice in this race is equally simple – Shontel Brown values America’s close alliance with Israel and will work to advance it as a member of Congress. Nina Turner will not.” READ MORE from PIA’s Executive Director Jeff Mendelsohn in his latest Times of Israel blog post.
