Trump’s Postmaster has a 10 year plan to slow down our mail – and undermine our democracy.
Republicans are up to their usual old tricks, friend.
Postmaster General Louis DeJoy's 10-year plan, which will slow down our mail delivery, is receiving sharp criticism from the USPS regulatory board. This 10-year plan is a transparent attempt from a Trump loyalist to interfere with our votes and democracy ahead of a crucial midterm season, and Dem AGs have been vocal opponents of his plan.
In fact, when Postmaster DeJoy tried to slow down our mail in 2020, more than 20 Dem AGs fought back against him, the USPS, and Donald Trump for these undemocratic and life-threatening tactics.
Dem AGs know that our right to vote is the lifeblood of our democracy and they spend every day safeguarding that right for you. As the watchdogs of their community, it’s their job to sniff out injustice and take action in your defense.
If not for this group of vigilant Dem AGs, Republicans would have had a much better chance of stealing the 2020 election completely – by undermining our mail-in ballots, playing dirty with antiquated voter suppression laws, and overturning election results in critical swing-states.
