On the debate stage tonight, I laid out the case to keep Kentucky moving
forward. We’ve seen tremendous success here in Kentucky over the past four
years, and we’re just getting started!

 

We’ve created more than 57,000 new jobs and generated $22 billion in new
business investments.

 

We’ve set the standard for protecting the right to life for all Kentuckians,
by eliminating taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood and banning abortions
after 20 weeks.

 

And we’ve passed balanced budgets and cut millions in wasteful spending.

 

If you believe in Kentucky and its future -- We need you to join us in this
fight right now.

 

Tonight, John, we saw two drastically different visions for our commonwealth.

 

My opponent wants nothing more than to cater to his out-of-state donors and
make Kentucky more like California.

 

But I firmly believe that Kentucky, and Kentucky values, are worth fighting
for. And if we stand united, we can defeat socialism and liberal elites who
think they can control the political process. Will you join our team to fight
for the future that our great commonwealth deserves?
