Senator Raphael Warnock is a perfect example of why Republicans in Georgia, among 48 other states, are pushing some of the most egregious voter suppression laws since Jim Crow.

Warnock made history with a surge in Black voter turnout — and a fiery campaign that helped flip Georgia blue, despite the state having some of the worst voter suppression laws in the the South.

But Republicans are fighting tooth-and-nail to prevent that from EVER happening again. They know that when Americans vote, Republicans lose. So they’d rather cheat their way to victory than put up a fair fight.
