Folks —

 

I'm proud to represent Wisconsin, and I will always put the needs of working folks first. That's why I wanted to reach out today and give an update on some of the important work that we're getting done for you.

 

➤ Passing the Child Tax Credit payments was a major priority, and I'm thrilled to report we got it done. The Advance Child Tax Credit Monthly Payments are already going out and will help hardworking families across Wisconsin set their children up for success and invest in their futures. 

 

➤ Standing up for Wisconsin's older workers is a major issue for me, which is why I voted for the bipartisan Protecting Older Workers Against Discrimination Act to make it easier for employees to prove when they are the victim of age discrimination in the workplace.  

 

➤ Protecting our drinking water is vital, and PFAS contamination is an issue that hits close to home for too many Wisconsinites. That's why I voted for the bipartisan PFAS Action Act, because no Wisconsin family should have to worry if their drinking water is safe or that their loved ones might be exposed to these harmful chemicals.

 

Bottom line, we're getting a lot done, but we couldn't do it alone. Your support is critical to everything we've achieved so far and all that we still have to accomplish.
