“We are witnessing a concerted attempt to destabilize the democratic process and delegitimize our multi-racial democracy, carried out in full view of the American people.” -- Hillary Rodham Clinton

John,

After Texas Democrats were forced to leave the state this month to prevent the GOP controlled legislature from passing an expansive voter suppression bill, Secretary Clinton said: “It’s not enough to push back one law, one court case or even one election at a time. We need to fundamentally change the way we think about and fight back against this blatant, sweeping effort [to destabilize our democracy].”

We agree with Secretary Clinton. We must continue fighting to expand and protect our fundamental right to vote on a large scale.

Despite the fact that every Republican senator voted to block the For the People Act, our team is doubling down on our grassroots campaign to pass this bill because federal legislation is a key way to mitigate the damages of voter suppression legislation in Texas and all across the country.

If you agree with Secretary Clinton’s call to action, will you consider chipping in -- any amount -- to help All On The Line double down on our campaign to pass the For the People Act and protect the right to vote nationwide? [[link removed]]
