The Texas Democrats who left the state to block the GOP extreme voter suppression bill are still away from home, working with lawmakers in D.C. to push for federal voting rights legislation forward.

Just like the brave Texas legislators, grassroots organizations like Vote From Home will not give up on protecting voting rights. We need your support to lift up marginalized communities and ensure the Texas Dems’ courageous walkout is not in vain.

Invest now so we can run an aggressive voter education campaign in swing states. Can you chip in $25 to support our voter-education program?

To: John

Texas Democrats just left Austin, blocking a bill that experts say would make it harder for Black and brown Texans to vote.

This brave act must be matched at the grassroots level with folks like you across the country taking a stand for voting rights.

Republicans are hell-bent on passing voter suppression legislation, so Texas Democrats are doing what is necessary. Can you support them by donating $25 to support our grassroots voter-education program?

------------
Vote From Home is a grassroots movement that's fighting to expand vote-by-mail. We helped thousands of Democrats vote safely from home in Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina and Georgia in 2020 and 2021. Now we're focused on stopping politicians and legislation who are making it harder for Americans to vote by mail. Please forward this email if you know someone who may be interested. Our average gift is just under $39 so consider donating that today to support voting rights: [link removed]
