John, The former President of Planned Parenthood, Dr. Lena Wen is at it AGAIN.
The other night, Wen took to CNN to demand that everyone wear masks unless universal proof of vaccination could be obtained.
Wen legitimately called for the heavy hand of government be brought down on anyone who refused to be vaccinated.
But it doesn’t stop with just traditional leftists.
Alabama Governor Kay Ivey called for the public shaming of unvaccinated Americans.
You and I know that when elected officials start calling for public shaming or government mandates it means only one thing – restrictions on your civil liberties.
Our Constitution means nothing if we’re not willing to fight for it.
Fortunately, the Center for American Liberty stands ready to go to the mat to defend our freedoms.
But we need your help.
John, we’ve seen this movie before.
Just over 15 months ago now, government officials across the country targeted houses of worship, small businesses, and schools—shutting them down and denying you your constitutionally protected liberties.
With your help, we fought back from day one…
… and we won three landmark cases defending religious liberty at the United States Supreme Court.
Then we were told everything would go back to normal once we had a vaccine.
But now, it’s only getting worse.
As Biden’s Press Secretary Jen Psaki admitted, the government is now actively working with Big Tech to censor anything it deems “misinformation.”
All while allowing bureaucrats like Anthony Fauci to say what they want and change their minds with no consequences.
Our government should not be in the censorship business.
Trust me, there are plenty of other world governments that censor and silence their citizens – and they’re the ones that the United States purports to stand AGAINST.
Taking a vaccine is a decision that each individual has to make for themselves.
It is a deeply personal decision.
When the government hides information and put restrictions on Americans’ ability to express their experiences and beliefs, it fosters distrust and skepticism – not to mention a violation of rights!
But we have an avenue to fight back – the courts.
We have to take the fight to them and use the law to our advantage.
We’ve been litigating COVID-related legal cases for 15+ months, and we are 100% committed to seeing these cases through to the end to ensure that the civil liberties crisis we’ve experienced over the last 15+ months never happens again.
Will you continue to stand with us with a gift of $35 or more today?
Even now, we’re still litigating Gish v. Newsom, our first religious liberty lawsuit challenging Governor Newsom’s lockdown of all houses of worship in California.
Even though we own a preliminary victory at the Supreme Court earlier this year in Gish v. Newsom, the District Court still needs to apply the Supreme Court’s opinion and rule in our favor creating important precedent.
And with states like Virginia, North Carolina, and of course California threatening new restrictions and lockdowns one thing is clear:
The fight for liberty in the COVID era IS NOT OVER.
But, with your help, we won’t stop fighting until freedom reigns supreme.
Time is of the essence.
With each passing day, the left finds another way to restrict our freedoms and control the information we consume.
The battle will be long, but I believe that together, we will emerge victorious.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
