Happy Friday!
Welcome back to E-PAC’s exclusive weekly update.
Our mission is to engage, elevate, empower and elect Republican women to Congress. Thanks to your support, E-PAC has raised and donated nearly 2 MILLION dollars to Republican women, helping DOUBLE the number of Republican women in Congress in 2020. But we’re just getting started!
Read our update on the record number of GOP women working to take back the House in 2022.
More GOP Women Announce Runs for Congress
More GOP women are announcing their campaigns for Congress every day! Nearly 150 Republican women have now filed to run for Congress this cycle. This SHATTERS records — more than doubling the 50 women at this point in the 2020 cycle and hitting a record for this point dating back to 2010.
While E-PAC plans to make endorsement announcements in the next few months, for now, we are tracking the announcements of new candidates across the country. Meet two GOP women candidates for Congress who announced their campaigns just this past week:
From the Campaign Trail: NY-21 Update
While incredible GOP candidates across the country are raising their hands to serve, Far-Left Democrats are working to defeat conservative fighters like Congresswoman Elise Stefanik. This week, the third Far-Left Socialist Democrat and second Far-Left New York City Democrat announced their campaign for NY-21.
Read the statement from Team Elise below:
“Congresswoman Elise Stefanik will continue to successfully deliver real results to North Country small businesses, farms, seniors, veterans, and families. North Country voters know that Elise has a record of always fighting to ensure her constituents have a voice and a seat at the highest levels of Congress – which is why she won the last election with the largest number of votes ever for a North Country congressional candidate. This is also why she won in the last midterm cycle by the largest margin of any Republican in the entire Northeast when she faced a crowded Far-Left Democrat primary field. The Stefanik campaign welcomes the third Far-Left candidate to enter the crowded Democrat primary in NY-21 — all of whom support Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and Andrew Cuomo and their radical, Socialist policies hurting North Country families.”
“Far-Left New York City Democrat Brigid “Bridie” Farrell only registered in NY-21 just weeks ago – even more recently than Far-Left NYC lawyer Matt Putorti. Our campaign welcomes these radical candidates to the race and to the North Country! Team Elise will continue to make sure voters know there is a clear choice between real results for the North Country and yet another Far-Left New York City Democrat who will rubber-stamp the reckless policies of Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and Andrew Cuomo,” – Alex DeGrasse, Senior Advisor to Congresswoman Elise Stefanik.
Update on the TX-06 Special With Just Four Days Until Election Day, President Trump And E-PAC Are ALL-IN For Susan Wright.
There is less than ONE WEEK until the TX-06 Special Election runoff, and President Trump and E-PAC’s endorsed candidate, Susan Wright, is working hard to get out the vote! Read President Trump’s latest statement for Susan:
"Big election coming up on Tuesday, July 27, in Texas. Go out and vote for Susan Wright! Susan is outstanding, and her late husband, Congressman Ron Wright, is looking down and is very proud of her. She will serve the people of the Great State of Texas in the 6th Congressional District very well. Susan is for Strong Borders, Pro-Life, Pro-Second Amendment, Great Education, & will fight to bring back Free & Fair elections. Susan has my Complete and Total Endorsement. She will make our Country proud. Vote on Tuesday!"
GOP Woman of the Week: Young Kim (CA-39) Congresswoman Young Kim has proven to be a fearless conservative, prolific fundraiser, and results-getter for California families. This past fundraising quarter, Young raised over ONE MILLION dollars — one of the strongest fundraising achievements in the GOP freshmen class!
Young is fighting for a boost in STEM education. She recently introduced the Innovations in Informal STEM Learning Act. This bill would provide new grants to nonprofits and higher education to fund STEM programs while funding research in STEM education, including for underrepresented and rural students.
Young Kim is a rising star who has what it takes to help Republicans win back our majority in 2022, but she needs our support!
