In 2020, Susan won one of the closest races in the country against Republican Lisa Scheller — and now they’re facing off again. Let’s take a look at some of Lisa Scheller’s biggest donors:
- Ron Weiser, former chair of the Michigan GOP — you may remember him from his questionable use of party funds that led to an official campaign finance complaint and a $200,000 fine. If that doesn’t ring a bell, maybe you’re familiar with his comments calling Michigan Democrats Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and Attorney General Dana Nessel “witches” and referencing “assassination” as a way to get them out of office.
- Josh Eisen, former Congressional candidate, who has been accused of numerous counts of stalking, harassment, use of racial slurs and anti-Semitic language, and threatening his legal opponents.
- Carol Miller, the West Virginia Congresswoman who is a vocal critic of President Biden’s infrastructure plan, voted not to impeach Donald Trump even after the January 6th insurrection, and is currently serving as the National Republican Congressional Committee recruitment chair.
- Dan Meuser, the Representative for PA-09, who voted against the American Rescue Plan for Covid-19 relief and is a strong Trump ally.
It’s clear the kind of company Lisa Scheller keeps — and they’re not the people who have our district’s best interests in mind. That’s why we need to re-elect Susan Wild, who will never stop fighting for Pennsylvania families and workers. Can you chip in now to keep Susan in office and keep the House blue in 2022?
