Gov. Abbott Signs Pro-Life Abortion Trigger Ban

This week, Governor Greg Abbott signed HB 1280, a pro-life abortion trigger ban introduced by Representative Giovanni Capriglione, the Senate author was Senator Angela Paxton.  The trigger law will end abortion in Texas thirty days after Roe v. Wade is overturned or if there is another ruling that recognizes the rights of states to prohibit abortion.  Texas Values team members attended the signing event at the Texas Capitol.  Thank you Gov. Abbott for signing this important law to completely ban the abortion of preborn Texans once Roe v. Wade is overturned.
