Folks,

Clean water is a human right.

And yet many Tribal communities in our country don’t have access to it. It’s shameful.

Martin has introduced legislation, alongside Senator Michael Bennet, to finally ensure that all families in Indian Country have access to clean water.

Will you sign our petition to become a citizen co-sponsor of the Tribal Access to Clean Water Act? We need as many folks as possible to speak up to help get this passed.

A lack of access to clean water can have harmful effects on a community’s health, education, economic development, and so many other parts of folks’ everyday lives.

This is especially concerning when you consider that more than half of Native American households can’t access reliable sources of clean drinking water.

It’s up to all of us to make sure it doesn’t stay this way. Martin’s Tribal Access to Clean Water Act would provide funding to address the major backlog of water infrastructure projects in Tribal communities. It would change lives and livelihoods for the better.

That’s why we’re hoping you’ll become a citizen co-sponsor of this crucial legislation and help bring clean water to Tribal communities across the country. Please sign the petition today:

Thanks for signing on to support Indian Country.
