I’ll tell you -- I got the nickname back in 2012 when special-interest groups spent $40 million in an attempt to buy Ohio’s Senate seat.

That was nearly a decade ago and a lot by 2012 standards. 

Now, elections are more expensive than ever. Outside spending totaled over $3 BILLION in 2020 -- and that’s nearly double what was spent in 2016. A GOP super PAC linked to Mitch McConnell spent nearly $300 million on last year’s election alone.

Just imagine how much dark money will pour into the open Ohio Senate race in 2022. That’s what we’re up against.
