John,

This is some bullsh*t.

Senate Republicans once again just used the filibuster to block important legislation -- this time, the bipartisan infrastructure deal.

Yup, the very same deal they spent the last three months negotiating with President Biden -- and now they refuse to even start the discussion in the Senate!

I’m sick of the obstruction. I’m sick of the hypocrisy. And if you’re right there with me, I need you to chip in a split donation between my Senate campaign and Seth Moulton so we can hit our critical fundraising goals. Together, we’ll flip Ohio’s open seat blue, expand our Democratic Senate Majority, and abolish the filibuster once and for all.

I’m going to say it until my voice goes hoarse:

We need to get rid of the filibuster so that we can pass overdue investments in American workers and families.

But apparently, I haven’t been loud enough. Senate Republicans are too busy hand-wringing over little details to see the big picture: America’s working families are suffering, our infrastructure is crumbling, and we need support NOW.

The GOP is fighting tooth and nail against every inch of progress. And you can bet Mitch McConnell is thrilled that he can keep ruling over his “legislative graveyard” of a Senate even from the minority.

Enough is enough. It’s time we take away Mitch’s favorite tool for obstruction and get to work -- and it starts right here in Ohio.

Will you chip in a split donation to help me and Seth Moulton flip Ohio’s open Senate seat and FINALLY deliver the urgent, popular, and effective legislation the American people are demanding?

There’s still a path forward for the bipartisan infrastructure bill, if we’re willing to fight for it.

And trust me, I’m going to fight like hell right now -- and then even harder as Ohio’s next Senator.
