Hello John,
I hope you’ve had a great week so far! You may have caught my previous email about Reuters’ shameful headline on the protests in Cuba. It read “Cuban protests risk exacerbating COVID-19 spike."
As you can guess, their viewpoint on last year’s summer-of-riots was quite different. They came to the rescue of BLM rioters citing that evidence shows outdoor protests “contained the risk” of spreading COVID. So, why the double standard when it comes to anti-communist protests?
This question was emailed thousands of times to the staff at Reuters by supporters of ours, like yourself.
One of the Reuters journalists responded to me on Wednesday. They deflected blame to the World Health Organization, claiming they were the ones who said it, not them.
Now, you and I both know that was an editorial decision. They could have easily used their “expert” on protests from last summer when editorializing this story. It appears they have a slant towards supporting communist tyrants.
I want to make sure the world knows it. I sent a mobile billboard to Reuters HQ in Times Square letting every person on the street know that they support communist regimes.
The media for far too long hasn’t had to answer to consumers about their questionable editorial standards. Your complaints and questions used to just get buried in their “contact us” boxes that no one reads. Not anymore.
I want to continue giving you the opportunity to directly contact the editors and journalists at these media outlets, but I must ask for your support.
