Multi-Trillion Dollar Spending Bills Won't Reduce Inflation <[link removed]> – At a town hall on Wednesday, Joe Biden claimed his multi-trillion dollar spending bills would ‘in fact reduce inflation, reduce
inflation, reduce inflation’. This is simply untrue. This budget resolution represents more of the same fiscal irresponsibility from the left. The fact is, the massive expansion in unemployment insurance benefits, coupled with liberals’ relentless spending increases, has caused much of the inflation pain that Americans are feeling. Together with excessive unemployment insurance benefits with super-sized bonuses and minimal eligibility requirements, these radical policies have clearly contributed to significant labor problems and the pocketbook pain businesses and working-class Americans are experiencing across the U.S. Adding even more deficit spending does nothing to address the underlying supply problems. In fact, doing so is likely to worsen inflation and further fuel consumers’ anxiety. Americans are right to worry that further government intervention like this spending proposal will only add more upward pressure to the price increases they’ve already seen. Heritage expert: Joel

Biden’s Sanctions Let the Cuban Regime Off Easy <[link removed]> – The Biden administration says it supports the Cuban people, but the proof – or more accurately,
the lack thereof -- is in the policy. While the Biden administration’s announcement of limited, narrow sanctions today is a welcome first step, Cubans, Cuban-Americans, and freedom-loving people will see this empty stunt for what it is – an attempt to appease the Marxist left flank at the expense of an oppressed people fighting for liberty. Today’s announcement leaves much more to be done and serves as a warning that the Biden administration could take steps to warm relations with the communist regime and once again betray the Cuban people desperately seeking liberty from the regime. Heritage experts: Jim Carafano <[link removed]> and David Shedd <[link removed]>
The Truth About Georgia’s Voting Law <[link removed]> – The Biden administration’s weak agreement with Germany is a hollow diplomatic gesture ensuring the transatlantic community faces the dangerous reality of Nord Stream 2 and fails to provide the necessary
tools to punish impending Russian aggression and energy coercion. U.S. national interests dictate an end to NS2. However, this agreement sacrifices transatlantic security and presents an emboldened Russia with newfound dominance over European energy. The administration’s capitulation on Nord Stream, despite bipartisan opposition to the pipeline in Congress and among numerous allies, undercuts the Biden administration’s talk of ‘rebuilding alliances’ and sends a red-letter message of weakness to our adversaries.
