Fulfill their Promise

For thousands of students, especially those who are new to the country, returning to school in the fall will be daunting. These learners will need tools to participate and connections to caring adults and peers to be successful.

Will you help us fill their backpacks with supplies needed to start on an equal footing on day one?

Our goal is to fill at least 500 backpacks with age-appropriate supplies and personal notes of encouragement for students enrolled in elementary, middle and high school or in GED and workforce training programs.

** Each age appropriate backpack will include supplies such as:
------------------------------------------------------------
* FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOLERS: pencils, markers, crayons, sketch, writing, and drawing pads, scissors and glue.
* FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLERS: notebooks, journals, pencils, pens, highlighters and pencil pouches.
* FOR HIGH SCHOOLERS: Binders, dividers, lined paper, folders, notebooks and journals.
* FOR GED STUDENTS: earbuds, a cell phone charger case, stress balls and more.
* and a handwritten note of encouragement inside each backpack.
